Step into the shoes of Aaron, a determined freshman in his first year of college.

With the university too far away from his home, Aaron faces the challenge of finding an affordable place to live, after countless hours of searching, he nearly surrenders to the impossible. Until an encounter with a mysterious elderly woman changes his fate, she offers a solution shrouded in mystery: an incredibly cheap but dilapidated apartment. Desperate and with no other viable options, Aaron reluctantly accepts. 

As he begins to explore his new home, an unexpected discovery unravels a set of rules tucked away in a forgotten corner. 

Will you guide Aaron to follow the rules and achieve his dream of graduating from college, or will you both succumb to the temptation of the forbidden?
